By positive thinking we refer to a way
of life, or a way of being, where we see
possibilities and potential, not problems.
It is a way to consider the own responsibility
of the individual: we have no one else
to blame but ourselves because the choice
is our own. Positive thinking is a tool
for the own will and a way to survive
through difficult times. We include two
aspects:
my own view or reaction in a situation
the way I am a positive element to others.
Why do we train people in positive thinking?
1. To bring about attitudinal and behavioral
change of individuals at all levels which
will contribute to improving company culture
– results.
2. To make people understand that things
can be viewed in different ways
3. To show that if you think positively
you speak positively which makes your
appearance before customers and colleagues
much better and you influence others to
be positive too. This is a positive spiral.
4. To understand that if you are strong
within before going out to meet others,
you are more likely to succeed. Positive
thinking can help to build that inner
strength.
